How We Work:

We are an exclusive, boutique Training facility that offers Private, Semi-Private, and Small Group training (Pilates, Strength, Conditioning, and Recovery). Due to our boutique nature, we have the unique advantage of fostering a wellness community that values a positive, open-minded and holistic approach to life. Regardless of background, we all have one thing in common - the desire to live to our fulles.

In order the maintain a catered wellness experience which prioritizes QUALITY over QUANTITY, we limit our clientele to 100 individuals in our 4,000 Sq. Foot Facility. Of those 100 individuals, each are designated to a movement specialist(s). They agree to meeting with our specialist(s) at least once per week for a minimum of Four times per month.

Once you are situated in as one of our clients, you will have access to the facility and recovery during all business hours.

Whether you are starting your day off with a frigid 40-50 degree cold plunge OR ending it with our therapeutic infrared saunas, it will be available to you as a valued member of Intentional Movement LLC.

If you are interested in just partaking the group classes, not to worry. You can drop-in for our classes once you have passed the associated movement screening for the respective modality. Regardless of your background with Pilates, Kettlebells, Olympic Lifting, or Yoga, we still screen your movement to ensure the language, overall tempo and quality of the class match. It would be irresponsible to allow an individual to take our Pilates class if the individual is unfamiliar with fundamental techniques such as imprinting; it would be equally irresponsible to allow an individual into our Movement classes if they are unfamiliar with the importance of a biomechanical breathing match for compound movements in either the Ballistic or Grind categories.

Life Coaching

Intentional Movement offers an immersive, one-on-one coaching to scale up your habits into a your ideal, sustainable lifestyle.

The assigned coach will map out a plan specifically for you through gradual habit changes that lead you to creating an environment conducive to your growth.

Through environmental changes and adaptations, we can pinpoint areas of positive growth and obstacles that may require unnecessary amounts of willpower on your end.
